Sherlock for Palm OS* and Pocket PC is a complete
system which is
easy to use for the professional property manager.
Inspector SherlockTM integrates seamlessly with
the Sherlock Trust Manager v5.0* for Windows.
Using this system you will be able to generate
comprehensive and professional looking property
inspection reports quickly and accurately. Our
user friendly, point and click format guarantees
that a novice computer user will be able to quickly
and conveniently
produce reports and keep inspection data updated.
The Process
It
is easy... and you only have to enter the data
once. This will save you time and money and reduce
paperwork as well. Using the Sherlock Trust Manager
you create a new inspection record for Ingoing
or Outgoing or even Routine Inspections and the
EXPORT this data to Inspector Sherlock. You update
this information using your Palm or PocketPC
/ CE device and then return this information
back to the Sherlock
Trust Manager and IMPORT it. You have full control
with the Sherlock Trust Manager to amended information
and then print the Property Inspection
report. You have now saved yourself lots of time
and is the most efficient way to do business.
The interface is easy to use, simply use the
touch pad format of your Palm or Pocket PC, there
is no need to type in your information simply
click ‘Y’ or ‘N’ or select
words from the dictionary.
With Inspector Sherlock entering the data is
as simple as clicking on the pre-defined rooms,
descriptions and details. You also have the ability
to add your own rooms, comments and notes if
needed to compliment the information already
included in the report.
